Terms and Conditions

These conditions of sale will govern the Purchase Contracts formalized between CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L. and each client, being mandatory for both parties:

1. Prices

The prices indicated below each product are total (21% VAT included). The prices are reflected in euros. The prices and conditions shown are valid at all times, and are valid only in the open session. CREATIONS AND DESIGN MITJANS S.L. reserves the right to modify the amount thereof when market circumstances so require. In the order confirmation information, prior to the buyer accepting the operation, the prices of each of the chosen items are clearly specified, the specification of the delivery costs that will be applicable to the operation and the promotions or discounts that, in your case, are applicable. As you will see, when placing the order through the Web, the corresponding invoice will arrive at the email address that you provide us and accompanies the requested products. 2. Shipping, orders and payments

The delivery of orders will be made after payment of the total invoice. The delivery of orders will be made by CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L. by his own means or through a transport agency designated by him. Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, therefore CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L. does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L. will take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made as soon as possible, both to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient. Once your order has been placed, CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L. will contact you by phone or email, we will inform you of the delivery time, the shipping time is between 24 to 72 hours depending on the stock of the product, in case the order is urgent, do not hesitate to contact contact us. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no collection or delivery service for orders, a circumstance that must be taken into account when calculating delivery dates. In periods in which there are special circumstances (specific dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events...), shipments may experience some delay. CREATIONS AND DESIGN MITJANS S.L. does not guarantee deliveries at specific and specific times. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date, or within it, shows a preference for a certain time slot, it will be understood that he does so as a guideline. CREATIONS AND DESIGN MITJANS S.L. You must notify the carrier of this circumstance so that, as far as possible, it complies with this indication, without assuming any other obligation or responsibility. When you receive your order, make sure that it has not been tampered with, otherwise state it on the delivery note, for later claim.

3. Shipping costs

No shipping charges. Shipping is free for the customer.

4. Packaging

All orders are meticulously packaged. We always use boxes and other protective materials.

Note: Credit card fraud is a crime, and CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L., will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

6. Returns - right of withdrawal

CREATIONS AND DESIGN MITJANS S.L. wants to offer you the best service. Therefore, you can return any product purchased with home delivery by contacting us via email at info@cdmitjans.com. The buyer has 15 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Without questions or objections, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we promise to refund the amount of it in one of these ways:

1. Replacement of the product or refund of the full amount (discounting the administrative or other expenses that are generated as a result of its return).
2. You can choose to exchange the product for an equal one in perfect condition in case the original was defective or for any other product found at http://www.cdmitjans.com/. CREATIONS AND DESIGN MITJANS S.L. is responsible for all expenses incurred for these purposes whenever the return is due to a shipping error, or the item arrives defective.
3. If the shipment was made correctly by us and the return is due to the customer's personal reasons, the collection of the product will be borne by the customer. If the customer chooses to return the amount paid for personal reasons, this will be done minus the shipping costs incurred in such a case.
4. The return will be effective within 6 days after the request for return by the customer.
5. The refund of the amount will be made by the means that the customer used to pay for the order (credit/debit card, bank transfer).

7. Guarantees

CREATIONS AND DESIGN MITJANS S.L. will respond to the lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from the delivery. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.

8. Information and inquiries

For any information about your order or about the characteristics of the products and services we offer, as well as if you wish to notify us of any type of incident or claim, you only have to write to us at info@cdmitjans.com.

9. Link Policy and Limitation of Liability

By this clause declines any type of responsibility arising from damages that may be affected by the use that users make of the website, its services, content and links. As well as the damages that may occur as a result of the lack of operability and correct functioning of the aforementioned website, indicating that in any case it is not responsible, nor does it guarantee its availability at all times, committing, whenever it is possible to report possible interruptions in the operation of the website.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable laws

The contractual relationships that arise from the use of this website will be governed in any case by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable to interpret and give validity to what is established on this website. The user of the website submits, renouncing any other jurisdiction, to resolve disputes arising from the use and interpretation of the website to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.

11. Protection of personal data

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that any personal data you provide us will be included in an automated personal data file, created and maintained under the responsibility of CREACIONES Y DISEÑO MITJANS S.L.. The purpose of said file is to facilitate the processing of orders and, in the event that you have expressly authorized us in the corresponding box, also to send you commercial communications about products and services that may result from your interest.
